Client Service Coordinator
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be the first contact person to coordinate and assist in the supervision of client care for a group of clients. You will be responsible for scheduling (clients schedule and supervisory visits), handling client inquiry calls, clerical duties (telephones, completing reports, filing, record keeping, etc), assisting with creating Plan Of Care for client and keeping client information updated. You will insure quality care for clients by maintaining a qualified, caring and knowledgeable caregiver pool. Customer service is our number one priority.
This is a salaried position with benefits available. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required. On-call duties will be regularly required on a rotating schedule. Qualified Candidate must have at least one year experience caring for the elderly and/or infirmed or be a CNA. Candidate must possess strong computer skills and ability to multi-task. Additionally, the candidate must be career and goal oriented, strong customer service skills, professional, pleasant and genuine caring attitude, demeanor and social skills that enable you to communicate well with clients, client's family, and caregivers.Must be able to speak, read and write the English language, and must have reliable transportation in good working order.
